The baby’s vision is becoming more and more enhanced – they can now, in fact, recognize your face from a distance. However, it’s easier for the child to identify stronger colors – yellow, blue, red and green. It’s no wonder toys for this age group have these flashier tones. You can stimulate them by saying the name of the colors and placing your baby in an activity rug with a mobile, so they can observe the different nuances and shapes. Teethers and other soft toys are also a good call.

With a heightened curiosity, during this time many tend to be restless during feeding times. No wonder: there are so many interesting things to discover around them that makes it hard to focus. If your child proves to be livelier and more restless than others, try feeding them in a calmer environment, free of distractions.
